We request *Proof of Age before we can confirm your Order

To Protect Your Identity from Fraud & Identity Theft, we encourage you to Black Out the Licence/Issuing Number/ Signature etc.
We need to be able to verify Full Name, date of birth & photo identity to comply with our legal obligations.
We DO NOT ‘Identity Harvest’. A lower resolution image is fine, BUT the Images must still be clearly discernible & the details readable.
You can strike a red line OR similar through the digital photo (*except the eyes) but we must be able to verify the photo is you!
**In addition to the above requirements to Verify Age, we now require from EVERY PERSON ordering from us:

Why the additional checks on proof of identity?
From time to time, some may attempt to ‘game’ the verification process by providing someone elses proof of identity, presenting a false or altered Drivers Licence, Passport etc.
This has led us to request a *Separate Screenshot of potential Customers holding up, above your forehead, the proof of identity dated the day you submit age verification, in order to detect potential fraud & misrepresentation, & to deter this behaviour.

Return to Sender
To avoid ANY potential delivery problems, resulting in a Return to Sender & an additional shipping cost to the Customer, we use the NZ Post Parcel Collect Service for you to receive your Order.
**Please advise us, & we will consider a ‘work around’ with an alternative to Parcel Collect** Ts & Cs Apply.
Parcel Collect requires you to provide identification on uplifting your delivered Order from a number of select locations throughout N.Z. N.Z Post will email you when your parcel’s ready to collect. You’ll have 10 days to collect it – just show your email and ID.
So please DO NOT waste Our time & Yours, trying to use someone elses Identity!
You can also (*Your Choice) provide your mobile phone number which will be added to the postbag in an attempt to ensure you receive your Order.

Our aim is to get your Order to you in an efficient & timely manner. We cannot achieve this without your understanding & cooperation in this process.
From time to time we get Idiots who provide an address where there is no physical mailbox, the mailbox has no number, the mailbox is concealed in a hedge etc, they have no connection to the address they provided whatsoever, or provide a business address that is not open for business.
Please be aware that we cannot refund you the cost of shipping, in the event of a Return to Sender, as this is a cost we cannot recover.

What happens if my Order is stolen on delivery?
N.Z Post WILL NOT cover you for theft on delivery, nor will we. This is an essential reason why the Customer should use Parcel Collect, offering secure delivery & collection.
Predatory types, routinely monitor parcel delivery van activity, with the intention of stealing whatever they can get, to sell for cash, to fund their habit-lifestyles.

Customer Delivery Address: Where the Customer purchases any of our herbal remedies or products, the onus lies with the Customer to provide a valid, accurate, current, Parcel Collect postal address for delivery.

Refund of the cost of Delivery, where Orders are Returned to Sender:
We will NOT refund the cost of Delivery where Orders are Returned to Sender, as a result of some action, inaction, conduct or misconduct, or ANY failure arising on the part of the Customer, howsoever arising, that prevents N.Z Post from delivering your Order to the Parcel Collect address you provide us, OR howsoever arising, the Customer Fails to Collect their Order from their elected Parcel Collect Collection Point, resulting in a Return to Sender.
We will not be held liable for any loss, howsoever arising, where: the Customer fails to uplift their Order, the Customer provides an invalid, incorrect, inaccurate, or ‘undeliverable’ Parcel Collect delivery address; the Customer fails to provide a current, valid, correct, or ‘deliverable’ Parcel Collect delivery address at the time of purchase, which results in loss, financial or otherwise, pertaining to any herbal remedies-herbal products purchased from us, howsoever arising.

Do you supply overseas, non New Zealand based Customers?
No, we only supply New Zealand based Customers, residing in New Zealand.
If you mislead us as to your Country, in an attempt to source our herbs, due to the cost of SWIFT FEES, we will not refund you. Instead, you will receive a non transferable credit, valid for 12 months to purchase our herbs when you are in New Zealand.
*We do however, have Australians etc, holidaying in N.Z, that order from us, from time to time, with the intention of using our herbal remedies whilst they are in the Country.
